Formal America was founded in 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia with a simple mission: make every man look his absolute best at the most important moments of his life. What began as a single storefront on Peachtree Road has grown into the Southeast and Midwest premier formal wear destination.

Our St. Louis location opened in 2001 to serve the Missouri and Illinois markets with the same dedication to quality, fit, and service that built our Atlanta reputation. Together, our two locations have outfitted over 50,000 customers for weddings, proms, black-tie galas, and corporate events.
